About Us
Popeswood Homes is a new and privately owned residential property developer, formed by our CEO Paul Mason who has 10 years experience building in the super-prime property market.
Since its formation in 2020, Popeswood Homes has pushed the limits of luxury house building by engaging and working with some of the most talented companies in the industry.
Operating throughout Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire, Popeswood Homes engages with owners of all types of land, from derelict commercial sites to agricultural land in the Green Belt. We select only the very best sites in the most suitable and sustainable locations to develop.
Working with industry leading professionals, Popeswood Homes is at the forefront of design, planning, build and customer service, and we strive to make sure that each of our homes is unique and every one of our landowners and clients are delighted with their experience.
From our experience working within the super-prime property sector, building some of the UK’s largest and most prestigious mansions on one of the most exclusive estates in the world, we have developed a deep understanding of what it is that our clients want from their dream home.

Client Build – £2m
Set on arguably the best road in Farnham, this client build showcases 8,000sqft of living space over three floors of stunning luxury that will create the ultimate family home.
The leisure amenities are second to none; from a Gym and Games Room to the outdoor swimming pool, whilst triple storey galleried landings allow light to flood the property from top to bottom.
Innovative design has been a priority for the family and this home will incorporate Air Conditioning, MVHR, Home Automation aswell as specialist disability equipment throughout the ground floor.
We are fully project managing the build and this stunning property is due for completion in June 2024.

Land Required
Popeswood Homes acquire sites for development throughout the South East and predominantly the Home Counties. However, we also consider land opportunities nationwide as they arise. We take a flexible approach to site acquisition and can either purchase land conditionally, unconditionally, or we can work jointly with landowners to maximise the development potential and value of their land holdings.
